My latest painting series features my love for the ocean, living near it in Central Florida,
and being concerned over the health of our oceans.
Also, I wanted to return to painting with a trowel and palette knife. It was quite freeing not working with a paintbrush and learning how to give up control of some of the mark making.

Hi You Guys! Since I have been teaching Intuitive Painting I have learned so much and yet I am still a beginner. How could that be? Painting intuitively starts with boldly playing on canvas and letting the painting arise. Abstract Expressionists have known this for a long time. Carl Jung worked this way. All that you need is a canvas or board and some acrylic paint. First layer, simply make marks in all cool colors or all warm. If you want to know more leave a comment and I will write more!
